Westhampton 42, Kings Park 41: Quarterback Tristan Hogan blocked an extra point attempt with 3:04 remaining to help Westhampton seal a wild Suffolk-III opening win over Kings Park. Hogan also completed 2-of-5 passes for 22 yards and a touchdown, and had 6 carries for 28 yards. Hogan's block occurred following a nine-yard touchdown run by Kings Park's Dyland Winwood. Kings Park regained possession with 1:48 to go, but quarterback Paul Cooper scrambled for 30 yards and was stopped at his own 38-yard line as time expired. Cooper completed 19-of-35 passes for 359 yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for 67 yards and 2 touchdowns on 19 attempts. The second quarter featured a total of 49 points scored, with Kings Park putting up 28 and Westhampton scoring 21. Westhampton took a 42-35 lead in the third quarter after two scores by Dylan Lauble - a 68-yard run and a 19-yard pass from Hogan. Laube finished with 16 carries for 216 yards and 2 touchdowns.
