Vin Martino rushed 35 times for 184 yards and three TDs and Vin Thron returned a hurried pass two yards for a tie-breaking touchdown as MacArthur (9-2) won the Nassau II championship for the first time since 2002. The Generals will face Newfield for the Long Island Class II title on Friday at 4:30 p.m. at Hofstra. Wantagh finished 8-3.
