Bethpage 41, North Shore 20: No. 3 Bethpage scored on all four drives in the first half and the first two possessions of the second half en route to a win over No. 6 North Shore in the Nassau III quarterfinals. Nick Carlino caught a 67-yard touchdown pass to cap a 99-yard drive that helped seal the game in the third quarter on Bethpage's opening drive of the second half. Carlino also ran in the last touchdown of the first half on a four-yard carry. He had 106 receiving yards on three catches and 82 rushing yards on 14 carries. Anthony Sforza had two touchowns on short carries, and he led the team with nine tackles on defense. Matt Collins had a rushing touchdown that capped the afternoon, but he set up his own score with a 36-yard reception. Michael Carrello threw for 167 yards and two touchdowns on 5-of-7 passing. Jack Colwell caught a 31-yard pass for a touchdown in the first half. Carlino also had eight tackles.
