Half Hollow Hills East 28, West Babylon 24: Joe Tesoriero scored on an 11-yard run with 2:19 left in the game to give Half Hollow Hills East (4-4) a 28-24 lead Suffolk II. Kelvin Umanzor kicked a 24-yard field goal to give West Babylon a 24-21 lead with 7:10 left in the game. Hills East took over with 6:50 left and scored the go ahead touchdown after a 60-yard drive. West Babylon led 14-13 and halftime and took a 21-13 lead in the third quarter, before Half Hollow Hills East's Seth Garvin ran for an 87-yard touchdown. Kenny Chavez's two-point conversion run tied the game at 21. Garvin ran for 160 yards on 14 carries, and Tesoriero ran for 65 yards on nine carries.
