Riverhead 40, Bay Shore 18: Jeremiah Cheatom ran for 264 yards and three touchdowns on 41 carries to lead Riverhead (3-1) over Bay Shore (2-2-) in Division II. Cheatom capped a seven-minute, 12-play drive in the third quarter with a 37-yard touchdown run that put Riverhead up 27-6 at the time. Cheatom broke three tackles during the play including one at the line of scrimmage and another in the open field when a linebacker tried to bring him down with an arm-tackle. Cheatom put Riverhead up 21-6 with 3:30 left in the half with a 3-yard run to the right side. Middle linebacker Raheem Brown led Riverhead with eight tackles, and Jaron Greenridge, a free safety, had seven tackles.
