Lindenhurst 36, Sachem East 13: Lindenhurst (8-0) opened the game with an 80-yard, five-play drive that ended with a 26-yard pass from Ryan Hofmann to Joe Palmeri for a touchdown in Suffolk I. Lindenhurst scored 23 consecutive points to open the game before Sachem East got an interception at the 1-yard line and brought it 99 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter. Hofmann passed for 340 yards and two touchdowns on 23-of-36 passing. Palmeri caught nine passes for 150 yards and the touchdown. Jeremy Ruckert had 60 receiving yards on four catches. He also had a field goal. River Zotto 55 receiving yards and a touchdown on three catches. Ryan Gallagher blocked an extra point at the end of the game for Sachem East.
