Newfield 53, Centereach 0: Josh Hanna had 161 yards and three rushing touchdowns on 12 carries to lead Newfield (2-2) over Centereach (1-3) in Division II. The offensive line opened a hole for Hanna, and from there, he ran low and hard right up the middle to give Newfield a 7-0 lead to start off the first quarter. Later in the game, Cornerback Elijah Riley had tight coverage on Centereach's wide receiver, intercepted the ball, and ran down the sideline for a 55-yard touchdown, giving Newfield a 34-0 lead in the third quarter. "The pick six in the third quarter sealed the deal for us," said Coach Joe Piccininni. Denzel Williams had 84 yards and one rushing touchdown on five carries. Joe Feliciano had one sack and five solo tackles to lead the defense. Walter Heitz had two sacks and two solo tackles.
