New Hyde Park 34, Jericho 6: Steve Chambers caught five passes for 68 yards and a touchdown in Nassau II. He also returned an interception 52 yards with 3:47 left in the second quarter to give New Hyde Park a 24-0 lead. Joe Gardella rushed for 63 yards on 11 carries and a touchdown. His one-yard touchdown in the second quarter gave New Hyde Park a 17-0 lead. C.J. Carrick was 4-for-4 on point-after attempts and kicked field goals of 36 and 41 yards. Zach Vales had two sacks for New Hyde Park (3-2).
