Oceanside 14, East Meadow 7: Nick Pizzarelli's sack on 3rd-down with three minutes remaining on the Oceanside 15-yard line helped the Sailors hold onto a lead in Nassau I. Pizzarelli had six tackles, including one for a loss and two sacks. Brandy Diaz scored both Oceanside (3-0) touchdowns in the first half as the Sailors jumped to a 14-0 halftime lead and ran for 132 yards on 10 carries. Vinny Guarino ran for 44 yards and was 6-for-11 for 69 yards. East Meadow is 1-2.
