Connetquot 55, Lindenhurst 20: Eddie Morris' 37-yard INT return and Tyler Nason's 71-yard TD catch in the final minutes of the first half gave Connetquot (2-1) a 35-0 halftime lead in Suffolk I. Mike Ansaldi hit the quarterback and forced a bad throw that floated right to Morris, who ran in an easy score. Nason's TD catch from Ricky Hahn came on third-and-11 with 45 seconds left in the half. Connetquot accumulated 539 yards of total offense, with Nason gathering 114 receiving yards on four catches, Marcus Guttierez running for 174 yards and two TDs on 21 carries and Jack Richardson rushing for 101 yards and two TDs on seven carries.
