Carey 44, Long Beach 21: Michael Catanese connected with Anthony Millan for two touchdown strikes in Nassau II. The first one, a 61 yard pass with 10:18 left in the second quarter gave Carey a 23-14 lead. Jake Safuto's 88-yard run with 2:47 left in the first half gave Carey a 30-14 lead. Catanese found Millan again in the third quarter, this time a 60 yard pass that put Carey ahead 37-14. Catanese was 7-for-11 for 310 yards and four touchdowns. He also ran for a 16-yard touchdown in the first quarter. Zach Dente made nine tackles to lead Carey.
