HIGHLIGHTS
Smithtown West 43, Copiague 22: Danny Caroussos rushed for 144 yards on 12 carries and scored three touchdowns in Suffolk II. Caroussos nine-yard touchdown run on final play of second quarter, followed by his pass to Chris Crespo on a two-point conversion, gave Smithtown West a 30-6 halftime lead. Caroussos also had touchdown runs of one and 32 yards. Crespo caught five passes for 24 yards. Jimmy Cadigan rushed for 72 yards on 17 carries and two touchdowns. Christian Herdigan rushed for 50 yards on six carries and one touchdown.
