Bethpage 41, Lynbrook 7: No. 6 Lynbrook blocked a punt at No. 2 Bethpage's 15 in the first two minutes of the Nassau III quarterfinal, but the Golden Eagles forced a fourth down and Brian Seiter blocked a field goal. Bethpage proceeded on an 80-yard drive, capped by Anthony Sforza's 11-yard touchdown run. The Golden Eagles (6-3) led 35-0 before Lynbrook (4-5) scored. Seiter also had an interception and a nine-yard rushing touchdown. Michael Sforza ran 10 times for 95 yards and a score. Bethpage will face No. 2 Plainedge Friday at Hofstra.
