Jeremy Leguillow had 20 carries for 169 yards and three touchdowns to lead No. 4 Hewlett (6-3) over No. 5 Valley Stream North in the Conference III quarterfinals. Jeff Rizzo completed 3 of 4 passes for 55 yards, including a 15-yard touchdown pass to Tred Smith in the fourth quarter. Rizzo ran 15 times for 122 yards, and Messiah Clarke had 10 carries for 76 yards and a touchdown. Hewlett will play at No. 1 Lawrence in the semifinals at 4 p.m. on Friday.
