North Shore 27, Academy Charter DNP: In the 5,000 meter run, Sloane Bonvicino placed third overall in 19 minutes, 59.6 seconds to lead North Shore (5-0) to a first-place finish in a Nassau IV quad meet. She was followed directly by Hannah Checo in fourth at 21:26.2 and Sinead Reagan in fifth at 22:41.9. Olivia Makin finished in seventh place, Nicoletta Kenney took eighth and Hannah Sadowski rounded out the top 10. Academy Charter (0-4) did not field a varsity team and forfeited.
