East Meadow 21, Garden City 39: Zaria Hall won the 5,000 meter run in 18 minutes, 45 seconds to lead East Meadow (3-0) to a first-place finish in a Nassau II quad meet. Emily Zaradich placed third overall in 20:33.7 and Allison Kim followed in fourth at 20:40.5. Isabella Estrella (21:03.6), Ashley Zheng (21:24.3) and Marcheline Simbulan (21:39.1) secured the win by finishing sixth, seventh and eighth, respectively. Anvi Bonanthaya rounded out the top 10 with a 22:21.8. For Garden City (2-1), Taylor Maguire ranked second in 19:52.3, Abigail Tedesco took fifth place in 21:00.7 and Elizabeth Diblasi was ninth in 22:20.7.
