Kyra Florio-Marinello finished second in 19:39.4, followed by Molly McHugh in third at 21:27, Shannon Carter in fourth at 22:02.3 and Julia Innes in fifth at 22:02.4. Kiera Conaghan (22:07.1), Keira McLaughlin (22:26) and Michaela Matheis (22:29) finished sixth, seventh and eighth, respectively. For Uniondale (0-2), Anaya Nerestant placed ninth in 22:47.7. However, Uniondale did not place enough runners to finish and earned an incomplete.
