Farmingdale 50, Herricks 59: In the 5,000 meter run, Sarah Sohl finished in 22 minutes, 4.2 seconds to finish eighth overall and lead Farmingdale (2-1) to a second-place finish in a Nassau I quad meet. Kailee Smith ran a 22:17.7 to place ninth, followed by Olivia Grassi at 22:39.7 in 10th, Aliyah Sabatella at 22:40.4 in 11th and Haley Kegel at 22:40.5 in 12th. For Herricks (1-2), Adelyn Mathew ranked fourth overall with a 21:32.9 and Mia Kawano placed fifth with a 21:37.2.
