Newfield 64, Copiague 59: Isabelle LeBron hit a 3-pointer in overtime to make it a two-possession game and Raiyah Reid went 2-for-2 from the foul line in the final minute to seal the win for Newfield (5-4) in Suffolk III. Copiague's Lanyah Ford (15 points) scored her 1,000th point on a free throw in overtime, according to Newfield coach Doug Von Bargen, and she assisted Samelia Roberts (20 points) for a layup as time expired in the fourth quarter to force overtime. Reid, Savannah Bond and Megan Spina scored 12 points apiece to pace Newfield.
