Sachem North 48, West Babylon 44: Lisa Galante, with 32 seconds remaining in overtime, caught a steal and scored on a three-point play to earn the lead and win for No. 10 Sachem North (14-7) over No. 7 West Babylon in the first round of the Suffolk AA Playoffs. Galante scored 20 points, including going 4-for-8 from beyond the arc. Annie Keenan scored on a three-pointer with 15 seconds in the fourth to send the game into overtime. Galante's three-point play made the score 46-44. With 12 seconds left, Galante was fouled and made one of her shots, making the score 47-44. Corinne Amato, with one second remaining, was also fouled, making one of her shots for the final score. West Babylon's Brittany Claud scored 17 points.
