HIGHLIGHTS
Mattitck 52, Mercy 44: Corrine Reda led all scorers with 19 points and 13 rebounds in the Suffolk Class B Championship. Mattituck outscored Mercy 16-9 in the fourth quarter to secure the win. Liz Dwyer had 14 points and eight rebounds and Jane DiGregorio had 12 points. It's Mattituck's second consecutive Class B championship, coach Steve Van Dood said. Mattituck (18-2) will face Port Jefferson 4pm Friday in the Suffolk B/C Championship at Riverhead and will take on the winner of Oyster Bay/Carle Place in the LI Class B final March 6 at SUNY-Old Westbury.
