Longwood 72, Bay Shore 61: Kayla Johnson had 23 points and 12 rebounds and Nyia Longford added 12 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists to lead No. 6 Longwood (17-4) over No. 11 Bay Shore in the first of Suffolk AA playoffs. Janelle Brown added 19 points for Longwood and Keonjah Nugent had 20 for Bay Shore. Longwood will travel to No. 3 Central Islip on Wednesday.
