Commack 73, Riverhead 51: Jackie DelliSanti scored 27 points, adding 15 rebounds and eight steals to lead No. 2 Commack (18-2) over No. 7 Riverhead in the quarterfinals of the Suffolk AA playoffs. Riverhead's Sam Dunn scored her 1,000th point in the first quarter and led her team with 21 points. Commack's Leanne Corso scored 16 points, 11 in the second half, and added 12 rebounds. Jillian Spagnuola had seven points and nine assists. Commack plays the winner of No. 3 Kings Park/No. 6 Huntington Sunday at Stony Brook at 12:30 p.m.
