Sanne van Poulgeest had 24 points and eight rebounds, Taryn Ohlmiller added 19 points, five rebounds and four assists, and Julia Hande had 12 points and nine rebounds for Islip, which will play the winner of No. 1 Glenn and No. 4 Harborfields in the Suffolk A final at 8 p.m. Friday at Suffolk CCC. Alexis Fotopoulos had 38 points, including eight three-pointers, for Hampton Bays.
