North Shore 72, Floral Park 67: Gabrielle Zaffiro had 33 point, 12 rebounds and six assists to lead North Shore (3-0) in Nassau A-III. Floral Park's Kaela Hilaire scored 50 points, 19 of which came in the fourth quarter. Her effort narrowed the deficit to two points at 69-67 before Selena Fortich hit two free throws to push the lead to four. "[Hilaire] put the team on her back," said North Shore coach Keith Freund. "She put on a performance like I've never seen before."
