HIGHLIGHTS
Mt. Sinai 41, Shoreham-Wading River 40: Victoria Johnson, who scored 11 points, made a foul shot with 4.2 seconds left to lift Mt. Sinai to a 41-40 win in League VI. On SWR's ensuing possession, Courtney Clasen had chance to win it with two seconds left but Eighth-grader Brooke Cergol partially blocked SWR forward Courtney Clasen's three-pointer on the Wildcats' ensuing possession and the the shot rimmed out at the buzzer. Cergol had nine points and eight rebounds. Gabby Sartori scored a game-high 17 points for the Mustangs and Veronica Venezia grabbed 17 rebounds. Clasen led SWR with 15 points, 10 rebounds and five assists.
