HIGHLIGHTS
Sacred Heart 52, Freeport 49: Colleen Cluess-Angeletti's two free throws with 30 seconds remaining were the final points in Sacred Heart's (2-5) first round win of the Lady Devils Basketball Invitational Tournament at Freeport High School. Delia Karamouzis' third three-pointer with 45 seconds remaining gave the Spartans a 50-49 lead. Karamouzis finished with a team-high 11 points. Erin Pasquale added six points and three steals. Sacred Heart will take on St. Joseph Hill Academy, of Staten Island, in the second round at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
