Simonetti finished with 32 points. Kaelyn Gordon added 10 points and 10 rebounds. East Islip outscored Sayville 11-5 in the fourth quarter to erase a 10-point third quarter deficit. Kristen Suydam had 26 points for Sayville. East Islip (17-4) will face top-seed Kings Park at noon on Wednesday in the semifinals at Centereach.
