North Shore 55, Great Neck South 47: Jennifer Walton led all scorers with 23 points and was 12-for-12 from the foul line, including sinking all eight of her free throws in the final 1:10 of North Shore's first round win in the Jericho Booster Club Tournament. Walton also made three blocks and had six steals. Morgan Griffin added 14 points, four assists, four rebounds and three steals. North Shore (4-0) will play the winner of Jericho/ Plainview Old Bethpage - JFK 7 p.m. Thursday in the finals at Jericho High School.
