Bayport-Blue Point 73, East Hampton 72: Pierce Prendergast had 44 points, 14 rebounds, 10 blocks and seven assists and hit two free throws with 1.7 seconds left to give Bayport-Blue Point a 73-72 lead in a Suffolk V opener. East Hampton's Liam Leach hit a three-pointer with four seconds left to put the Bonackers ahead by one, but Prendergast was fouled on the next possession to set up the go-ahead free throws. Zach Silver scored 12 points, and Vincent Orlando added 10 points in the win. Malachi Miller led East Hampton with 29 points, and Jeremy Vizcaino added 20 points for the Bonackers.
