Brentwood 59, Copiague 53: Zed Key had 15 points and eight rebounds, and Kenny Lazo added 13 points and five assists to lead No. 5 Brentwood (15-6) over No. 12 Copiague in the first round of the Suffolk AA playoffs. Romello Wright converted two free throws with 32 seconds remaining to extend the lead to six and seal the win. Michael Snowden and Keenon Wright scored 18 points apiece for Copiague. Brentwood will visit No. 4 Central Islip in the quarterfinals on Tuesday at noon.
