Portledge 92, Kew Forest 68: Eighth grader Zaire Baines set the Portledge (6-1) single-game scoring record with 53 points in PSAA, according to assistant coach Tim Blackford. Baines also had seven rebounds. "He scored 14 of our first 16 points, and after his fourth three-pointer of the first half we knew he'd be able to do whatever he wanted," Blackford said. "Even when he was double-teamed in the second half he was still getting what he wanted. He's a very special talent."
