Uniondale 60, Elmont 57: Aaron Cust (20 points and four assists) converted a three-point play with 27.7 seconds remaining to put Uniondale ahead 56-53 and Cust also scored the Uniondale's next four points to lead No. 6 Uniondale (11-7) over No. 3 Elmont in a Nassau Class AA boys quarterfinal. Jerel McGary added 15 points and three assists and Tyler Desire chipped in with four points and 11 rebounds. Uniondale moves on to play the winner of Farmingdale/Carey on Tuesday at Old Westbury.
