Lynbrook 49, Glen Cove 46: Steven Hendrickson made a layup with under a minute left to give No. 12 Lynbrook a 47-46 lead over No. 5 Glen Cove in the first round of the Nassau 'A' playoffs. Rylan Blondo (12 poitns) took a charge for Lynbrook with six seconds left and Rob Sitonio (10 points, 10 rebounds) made two free throws to extend the Owls' lead to 49-46. Hendrickson scored 11 points for Lynbrook, which will play No. 4 Valley Stream North on Thursday in the quarterfinals. Jared Jackson scored 26 points for Glen Cove.
