Carle Place 67, Malverne 60: Thomas Browne (19 points, nine assists) converted a three-point play with 2:00 left in double overtime to give Carle Place (5-3) a six point lead in its Nassau ABC win. Nathaniel Armstrong's three-pointer with four seconds left in the first overtime tied the game at 56 and forced a second overtime. Armstrong finished the game with 17 points. With seven seconds left in regulation Chris Kelly (13 rebounds) picked up a loose ball, drove to the hoop, and tied the game at 49. Carle Place held Malverne without a field goal in the second overtime. Chris Ruscillo had 18 points and 11 rebounds for his third straight double-double for the Frogs.
