Matt Rosenoff added 14 points. Commack (16-5) will play the winner of No. 1 Bay Shore/No. 9 Ward Melville at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the semifinals at Longwood High School. Matt Eichorn scored 22 points and Angel Redding scored 17 points for Patchogue-Medford, which finished 14-7.
