St. John the Baptist 57, Chaminade 50: Tavon Ginyard's 3-pointer tied the score at 50 and his ensuing steal on the inbounds pass led to a foul and two made free throws to give St. John the Baptist (2-1) a 52-50 lead, which it wouldn't relinquish, in its CHSAA win. It's the Cougars' first victory over the Flyers, the defending champs, in three years, St. John the Baptist coach Andre Edwards said.
