HIGHLIGHTS

Farmingdale 75, Hempstead 50: Marvel Chambers had 17 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and three steals to lead Farmingdale (5-0) in Nassau AA-I. He also scored his 1,000th career point, according to assistant coach Michael Bush. "He's overcome two knee injuries during his career, so it shows a lot of perseverance for what he's been able to accomplish during his time here," Bush said. Luis Smikle Jr. added 16 points, five rebounds and three assists for the Dalers.
