HIGHLIGHTS
Farmingdale 5, Syosset 4: After Jacob Taormina led off with a double in the bottom of the third inning, Jim DiSanti hit an RBI single to drive home Taormina for the go-ahead run and the win for No. 6 Farmingdale (12-8) over No.11 Syosset in the first round of the Nassau AA Playoffs. Sean Sullivan capped off a three run first inning for the Dalers hitting a two-run home run. Alex Hajko pitched 3 1/3 innings in relief giving up two hits. Syosset's Cam Meyer pitched four innings of relief giving up one hit and striking out four.
