Smithtown East 5, Connetquot 4: Tori Hussey connected on the walkoff hit, driving in Jackie Pedley, to lift No. 5 Smithtown East over No. 12 Connetquot in Suffolk AA first round. Hussey, who finished 2-for-4, also tied the game, scoring on Ashley DeGiorgio's RBI in the bottom of the fifth. Sammi Swenson went 3-for-3 with a run scored and Courtney Hohenberger went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBIs. The Bulls (15-4) will face off against the winner of No. 4 West Islip and No. 13 Northport, Wednesday at 4 pm.
