Center Moriches 12, Port Jefferson 0: Emma Powell earned the win, pitching a perfect game, striking out nine, to lead Center Moriches (5-0) in Suffolk VI. "She had great command of all of her pitches and attacked the strike zone," coach Rich Roberts said on Powell's perfect game. "That led to the nine strikeouts and we made the plays behind her." Tyler Johnston hit a two-run home run in the top of the fifth inning. Kylee Hall hit a grand slam in the top of the sixth inning for Center Moriches.
