Mt. Sinai 9, Hampton Bays 3: Kelsey Carr threw four shutout innings and hit a three-run homer to lead No. 1 Mt. Sinai over No. 4 Hampton Bays in the second round of the Suffolk A playoffs. Emma Wimmer hit a three-run homer in the fourth inning, and Holly McNair went 3-for-3 with two RBIs. Mt. Sinai (20-1) will face No. 2 Sayville and No. 3 Islip.
