MacArthur 6, Mepham 1: Jessica Lombardo's three-run homer in the bottom of the first was all the offense No. 1 MacArthur would need in its Nassau AA semifinal win over No. 4 Mepham. Jessica Budrewicz struck out eight in seven innings of one-run ball. Jen Masessa went 2 for 3 with a double, RBI and run. Nicolette Moustouka went 2 for 4 with an RBI and a run. MacArthur (21-2) will play No. 2 Oceanside in Game 1 of the Nassau AA final at 6 p.m. Thursday at Hofstra.
