Cornell retired the first 19 batters before an error on a hard-hit ball resulted in a base runner. "We were confident and relaxed knowing she had a lot of control on the mound," Clarke head coach Rachel Barry said. "She had command on the mound all day." Cornell hit a solo home run in the seventh to make 3-0 and Holly Romeo and Lauren Reilly each had two hits and an RBI.
