Clarke 5, Island Trees 3: A two-run double by Brooke Scherer with two outs in the top of the seventh gave Clarke (13-2) a 4-2 lead in its Conference AB-I win. Holly Romeo drove in Scherer in the next at-bat, capping Clarke's five-run, two-out rally in the seventh. Sarah Cornell allowed two earned runs on five hits and three walks while striking out 11 to earn the win.
