Hauppauge 10, Centereach 9: Kaitlyn Snyder's three-run homer was her third home run of the game, which came in the top of the sixth inning, to give Hauppauge (6-5) a 10-9 lead during its League III win. Snyder helped the Eagles overcome a 9-4 deficit heading into fifth. Snyder's first homer was a solo shot that put the Eagles on top 3-1 in the third and her second homer was another solo homer that cut Centereach's lead to 9-6 in the fifth. Catherine Vaughan and Angela Barbone also had solo homers for Hauppauge. Vaughn started and pitched the first two innings, before being relieved by Lauren Romito, and then Vaughn pitched again in relief, going the rest of the way from the fourth inning on. Vaughn got the win after allowing three earned runs on four hits, striking out four and walking six.
