Sachem North 2, Longwood 1: Julia Muratore scored the go-ahead run from third base on Leanne Villani's RBI sacrifice fly to left that gave Sachem North (7-6) a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the fifth during its League I win. Caroline Sippin's RBI sacrifice fly scored Madison Rappold to give Longwood a 1-0 lead in the top of the fourth. After leading off the fifth with a double, Liz D'Agostino came around to score on Muratore's RBI single to tie it at one. Angelina Miller pitched seven innings, allowing an earned run on six hits, striking out seven and walking two for the victory. Emily Koerick pitched six innings, allowing two earned runs on six hits, striking out four and walking one in defeat.
