Half Hollow Hills West 1, Bellport 0: Alexis Kleet pitched a four-hit shutout, striking out nine to earn the win for Hills West (3-1) in League III. It was Kleet's first varsity shutout, according to coach Bryan Dugan. In the sixth inning, Sam Katz singled, stole second, advanced to third on a single by Kleet, and was brought home for the game's only run on a fielder's choice by Jillian Weinstein. Gabby Casalino went 2 for 3.
