HIGHLIGHTS
Herricks 3, Port Washington 2: Jane Baranello's RBI infield single with the bases loaded scored Alexa Lomando with the winning run in Herricks' (2-1) walk-off victory in the bottom of the eighth in Conference AA-III. Lomando beat out the throw from short to score safely standing up. Allison Sorte's solo homer tied the score at two in the bottom of the sixth. Emily Haller pitched eight innings and struck out six for the victory.
