Oceanside vs Mepham

Oceanside 3, Mepham 1: Megan McNamara's RBI double in the top of the fifth drove in her twin sister Claire and gave third-seed Oceanside a 2-1 lead in game one of their best-of-three Class AA semifinal series with (2) Mepham. Claire went 4-for-4 with two runs. Jeannie Callanan went 1-for-3 with an RBI. Lizzy Campo threw a complete game, allowed one run on seven hits, struck out two and walked two for Oceanside (12-8). Game two is 4:30pm Wednesday at Oceanside.
